Referencing

It is important to show where you found your information, others must be able to find the same sources of information as you did. 

If you do not cite the sources you used, you leave yourself open to plagiarism (stealing someone else's work).

Plagiarism is an offence called Literary Theft.
Do not copy word for word
You can copy word for word if: you use quotation marks "" and give the person's name and where they said it.
