Requesting an option change

If you would like to request a change in your option subjects you need follow the steps below
    1. Print out the Request for an Option Change form.
    2. Complete Section One and take it to on of the Senior Leadership Team (Mrs Brinsden, Mr Hart, Mr Govind) to dicuss your reasons for the change
    3. If the change is deemed as appropriate you will then need to complete section two and get approval from
          • the teacher whose class you may be leaving,
          • the Head of Learning of the subject you are proposing to pick up
          • your Whanau Leader
          • your parents
    4. Take the completed form back to the Deputy Principal you met with

NB: There is no guarantee that the DP will approve your request. It must be in the best interests of your education.
