This page has application forms for students who want to be considered for co-curricular honours and annual awards.

Annual Awards

Annual Awards are presented each year to recognise excellent achievement and contributions.
The College reserves the right to not to withhold an award if there is no suitable recipient.
Complete the relevant nomination form(s) online (links below)
 -Years 9 and 10:
Open: Monday 31 October
Close: 3 pm, 14 November

If applying for more than one award a separate form must be completed.
If for some reason an online form does not work then email StudentServices@bdsc.school.nz



Award Awarded to... Application form
Arts Cup A student at each year level who excels in participating and promoting the Arts
 Online Form
Cultural Cup A student at each year level who excels in participating and promoting cultural diversity through activities and service. Online Form
Service Cup A student at each year level who excels in assisting others (generally without obvious reward). Online Form
Sportsman
or
Sportswoman
of the year
 A student at each year level who excels in sport during the year. Online Form
All Rounder Award A student at each year level who contributes and excels in each of the four areas above (arts, culture, service and sports) Online Form
Environmental Award
 (junior or senior)		 A student at Years 9-10 or Years 11-13 who has actively participated and demonstrated leadership in environmental initiatives. Online form
Senior comtemporary music award A student at Years 11-13 who has actively participated demonstrated excellence in comtemporary music at BDSC and beyond. Online Form
